Choose your own Aromatherapy blend
Here is a list of oils that are currently available. Choose 1-3 of the oils below. When choosing a blend of 3, it is recommended to pick one from each of the base, middle and top note categories. This will achieve a nice harmonic balance.
Top note- evaporate quickly, light, fresh, set the mood.
Eucalyptus
Lemon
Lemongrass
Orange
Peppermint
Thyme
Middle note-more subtle, longer lasting, main body of blend.
Clary Sage
Lavender
Rosemary
Tea tree
Ylang Ylang (middle/base)
Base note-rich and earthy, heavy and intense, may slow the evaporation of the other oils.
Cedarwood
Cinnamon
Clove
Frankincense
Sandalwood
Patchouli
Ylang Ylang (base/middle)
It is recommended to shower/bath before your treatment rather than after. This allows the oils to absorb into the skin for at least several hours after your Aromatherapy Massage.
