With the use of a Meridian diagnosis, weighted and unweighted tuning forks are utilised like acupuncture needles to stimulate various acupressure command points to balance the predominant excess/ depleted meridians. The initial Meridian balancing with tuning forks will be about 15.30 minutes and the following body work around 45-60 minutes during the 75 minute treatment. 

Unweighted forks are utilised for balancing the biofield and nervous system. Harmonic Spectrum forks are utilised around the ears to influence brain waves and Solfeggio Tuning forks are employed for the chakras and biofield. Weighted Forks are also applied to various parts of the body for release and replenishing of the physical and energetic body, while encouraging the relaxation response. 

The Fibonacci forks, like the numeric series, is a naturally occurring pattern found in nature, like the spiral of the sea shell. These forks have been fashioned with this series of frequencies and are utilised for overcoming trauma, addictions, and encouraging creative solutions. This more extensive session includes a massage tailored to your specific needs and use of various tuning forks. This session is intuitively guided and assessed and healing sounds/ vibrations  of the tuning forks are used to further support the nervous system, lymphatic system, physical body and bio- field balance. The treatment may include the Pythagorian Solar Spectrum, Solfeggio, Fibonacci, Om forks and various Otto / Osteophonic weighted forks to balance the physical and energy bodies.

The ultimate balance of massage and various Tuning forks to balance the nervous system, excess and depleted meridians, Lymphatic system and Physical and energy bodies. Treatment may include  the Pythagorean Solar Spectrum, Om forks, Fibonacci, Osteophonic weighted forks and Solfeggio. Treatment also includes a guided intention visualisation. and upto 90 minutes of massage, incorporating 30- 45 minutes of Sound Healing elements. 
 
Other instruments like Tibetan bowls, Sansula or voice may also be incorporated, as well as gentle breath work to bring about about a perfect state of wellbeing and balance. Use of forks and other instruments is assessed and intuitively guided in each session.
